Ingredients
200 g thin sliced squid
2 clove diced garlic
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 chilli pepper
4 tbsp koji miso
4 sprig rosemary
4 tbsp rice bran oil
Directions
In a small saucepan heat the oil, garlic, SIDS CRAZY SALT, chilli pepper and rosemary until the garlic is browned (approx. 6-8 mins). Add the squid and koji miso. Stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
To serve, place on top of baguette slices.
