Ingredients
1 kg boneless, chicken breast (chopped bite size)
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ cup cornflour
4 tbsp rice bran oil
1 tsp ginger, peeled & minced
2 tbsp garlic, minced
½ cup soy sauce
1 cup chicken stock
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
8 spring onions, chopped 1 cm on the bias
Directions
In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with SIDS CRAZY SALT and cornflour until all the pieces are evenly coated.
In a pan over high heat, add oil and when hot, add chicken. Cook about 4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, chicken stock and brown sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes, until sauce thickens.
Turn the heat off, add sesame oil and spring onions. Stir well and serve with white rice.
