Ingredients
500 g lamb fillets, thinly sliced
2 onions
1 tbsp rice bran oil
MARINADE:--
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp cornflour
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tbsp garlic, crushed
SAUCE:--
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder
½ tsp ginger, chopped
Directions
Combine SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and marinade ingredients, then add the lamb and stand in the fridge for two hours.
In a wok or frypan, heat oil and fry onions. Add meat and stir-fry. Add sauce and warm thoroughly.
Serve on a bed of rice or noodles.
