Ingredients

1½ cups Mozzarella, grated
⅔ cup almond flour
4 eggs large
4 tbsp butter
6 slices bacon, fried
pinch of SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Melt the grated mozzarella then add the almond flour. Stir until well-combined. Roll the dough out between two sheets of baking paper.
Scramble the eggs and a pinch of SIDS CRAZY SALT in butter and lay them with bacon slices along the centre of the dough.
Fold over and seal the dough. Add some holes on the dough surface using a fork. This helps release the steam while baking.
Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes until it turns golden brown and firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
