Ingredients
2 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
4 cloves garlic, smashed & peeled
680 g whole button mushrooms
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 bay leaf
Directions
Carefully wipe the mushrooms with paper towels.
Heat wok or frypan to medium/high heat. Add SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL, rotate to coat sides of pan.
Add garlic and mushrooms then stir-fry until mushrooms are slightly browned, about 2 minutes. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Add soy sauce, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and bay leaf. Without stirring, bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer until mushrooms are tender, about 10 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve with steamed rice. Enjoy.
