Ingredients
4 flatbreads
500 g mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
140 g garlic herb goat cheese
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
½ cup Caesar dressing
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
In a frypan over medium-heat, sauté the mushrooms in butter and SIDS CRAZY SALT until golden brown. Season with a bit of SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Top each flatbread with a smear of Caesar dressing, followed by the mushrooms and all the cheeses.
Bake at 175°C for about 12 minutes until the crust turns golden brown.
