Ingredients

25 g butter
1 onion, thin sliced
4 cloves garlic, crushed
500 g button mushrooms, halved
2 tbsp SIDS WINE & PEPPER MUSTARD
250 ml crème fraîche
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley to garnish

Directions

Sauté onion and garlic in a large pan. Add mushrooms and cook until softened and starting to brown. Stir in SIDS WINE & PEPPER MUSTARD, crème fraîche and just heat through.
Season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER then serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
