Ingredients
4 portobello mushrooms
3 tbsp GF soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 rashers streaky bacon
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Fry off bacon until it is totally crispy then drain and cool. Grind into a powder and set aside.
Preheat oven grill and set rack about 150 mm from the elements. Wipe the mushrooms and remove the stem. Blitz together the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, mushroom stem, garlic, bacon powder and SIDS CRAZY SALT. Brush evenly over the mushroom then roast under the grill until soft, about 10 minutes.
