Use medium sized mushrooms, about 50 mm across. Wipe clean with a damp cloth - do not wash.

Ingredients

500 g fresh mushrooms
200 g crabmeat
5 spring onions, sliced thin
¼ tsp thyme, dried
¼ tsp oregano, dried
¼ tsp savory, ground
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
ground black pepper to taste
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
SPRINKLE:--
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 175oC. Using a spoon, scrape out the gills and stem of the mushroom then chop finely.
In a bowl combine crabmeat, onion, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, chopped gills & stem, herbs, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO and pepper. Fill the caps with teaspoons full of filling and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake for 15 minutes then remove from oven and serve.
