Ingredients

12 fresh Green Lipped Mussels in ½ shell
150 g butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp parsley, minced
2 tsp SIDS GARLIC SAUCE
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 160oC.
In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley and SIDS GARLIC SAUCE. Set the half shell mussels on a baking tray with sides. (stops spilling!) Evenly distribute the butter mixture on top of the mussels then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Place in oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until all are hot. Remove to serving platter and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges to squeeze.
