Ingredients
25 g butter
2 spring onions, sliced thinly
250 g chedder cheese, grated
50 ml beer
2 tsp SIDS FENUGREEK MUSTARD
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
4 slices bread
Directions
Sauté spring onions in butter for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in cheese, beer and SIDS FENUGREEK MUSTARD. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER then stir slowly for 3-4 minutes until cheese has melted.
Preheat oven grill. Meanwhile, toast the bread lightly on both sides and place on a grill pan. Pour the cheese over the toast and cook under the grill for 1 minute until bubbling & golden.
Serve on a paper napkin on a plate.
