Ingredients

1.2 kg minced lamb or goat
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 tbsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup roughly chopped coriander + mint
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
6 tbsp rice bran oil

Directions

Mix SIDS CRAZY SALT, SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste, garam masala powder and all the ingredients with the minced meat, working with your fingers then set aside.
Scoop out a handful of the mixture. Form a sausage shape in your hand around the skewer. Repeat this step until you are all done with skewering the minced meat.
Once done, heat your frypan over medium high heat. Brush oil generously and place the skewers on the pan. Cook until slightly golden, basting with oil (on all sides).
Serve hot with lots of Tzatziki sauce or mint cilantro chutney. Enjoy.
