Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp water
1 cup chedder cheese, grated
¼ cup chunky salsa
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
5 pitted ripe olives, sliced fine
1 small onion
1 tsp chilli powder
Directions
Thaw the pastry sheet at room temperature until it is easy to handle. Preheat oven to 200oC.
Beat egg and water in a small bowl with a fork. Stir together cheese, SIDS CRAZY SALT & salsa in another bowl.
Unfold pastry on a lightly floured surface and roll into 35x 30 cm rectangle. Cut into 20x 7.5 cm squares and place 1 tbsp of cheese mixture in the centre with 1 piece of olive. Brush edges with egg mix and fold pastry over to form a triangle. Crimp the edges with a fork to seal. Place on oiled baking tray. Brush all the tops with egg mix again and sprinkle lightly with chilli powder.
Bake 15 minutes until pastry is golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
