Ingredients

100 g surimi
1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
500 g mariana mix (seafood)
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ red onion, chopped
2 fresh chopped tomatoes
½ iceberg lettuce, chopped
2 tbsp chopped chives
½ cup sprouts
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
4 large flour tortillas

Directions

Mix surimi, red onion and SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR together in a bowl and leave for ¼ hour for flavours to infuse.
Place tortilla on a plate. Layer with a spoonful of mariana mix, surimi, cheese, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, chives, sprouts and SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Top with SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO and season with a light sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Roll, burrito style and secure with a toothpick. Serve immediately.
