Ingredients

1 cup lemon or lime juice
1 cup fish sauce
1 cup sugar
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 cup water
5 cloves minced garlic
Diced chillies (add as much or as little as you like)

Directions

Mix water, sugar, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, lemon juice and fish sauce. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Add garlic & chili and stir.
Store in a jar in the fridge.
