4 large eggs
2 cups cottage cheese
1½ cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Place SIDS CRAZY SALT and all ingredients in a blender. Blend until perfectly smooth. Let the batter sit for about 5 minutes, while the waffle iron is preheating.
Brush waffle iron with oil. Pour batter into the waffle maker and cook until waffles are golden brown, the cooking time will depend on your waffle iron.
Serve right away with your favourite toppings.
