Ingredients

1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1½ cups thin slice cabbage
¼ cup shredded carrots
3 spring onions, chopped
12 fresh green beans, cut in 6 mm
1 small orange bell pepper, in thin strips
1 small zucchini, in thin strips
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
3 eggs, lightly beaten
¾ cup flour
¾ cup chicken stock
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice bran oil
¼ tsp toasted sesame oil

Directions

In a large bowl, mix chicken, cabbage, carrots, spring onions, green beans, SIDS CRAZY SALT, bell pepper and zucchini. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, flour, chicken stock and soy sauce. Pour batter over chicken mixture and toss to thoroughly coat.
Mix vegetable oil and sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Scoop about ¼ cup batter into skillet, enough to make a 6 cm circle. Cover and cook 4 minutes, until bottom is golden brown. Flip and continue cooking 4 minutes, until cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
