This is a great idea for camping, batch etc. Throw inything you want. Get the kids to assemble their own with whatever they like and write their names on each one!

Ingredients

2 eggs
½ cup chedder cheese, shredded
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1 tbsp orange capsicum, chopped
2 tbsp tomato, chopped
1 tbsp fresh salsa
2 mushrooms
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
¼ tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE

Directions

Crack the eggs into a large resealable heatproof or oven bag. Press out most of the air and seal. Shake or squeeze to beat the eggs. Open the bag and add SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, cheese, onion, orange capsicum, tomato, salsa and mushrooms then seal the bag.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place up to 8 bags at a time into the boiling water. Cook for exactly 13 minutes. Open the bag, and let the omelet roll out onto a plate. The omelet should roll out easily.
Season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and serve.
