Ingredients
6 red onions, sliced fine
250 g butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 apples
2 vegetable stock cubes
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tbsp sugar
330 ml cider
600 ml milk
Directions
Cook onions and garlic in the butter until soft. Peel and core the apples then slice finely and add to the onion mixture. Crumble in stock cubes and add SIDS CRAZY SALT and sugar. Cook a further 5 minutes. Add cider and milk then cook 45 minutes to reduce and thicken.
Let cool for 15 minutes then blend in a food processor. Season to taste then serve.
