Ingredients

6 medium onions
3 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
6 knobs of butter, about ½ tsp each
6 level tsp minced garlic
Panko
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Brown sugar
6 sprigs Thyme

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Slice onions into 4 pieces from top to bottom. Pour 1 tsp of SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL over each onion. Place butter, 1 tsp minced garlic, a sprinkle of Panko, a sprinkle of SIDS SALT & PEPPER, a sprinkle of brown sugar and a sprig of thyme on each onion.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes until onion is soft.
Serve hot.
