Open Top Scallop Dumplings

Ingredients

4 tbsp pork mince
4 tbsp chicken mince
1 cm ginger, grated
2 spring onions, fine chopped
1 tbsp fresh red chilli, fine chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 pkt dumpling wrappers
DIPPING SAUCE:--
1 tbsp light soy
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE

Directions

Mix all ingredients together then press firmly into dumpling wrappers and top with a thin slice of scallop.
Boil water in a small frypan then place dumplings in a small bamboo steamer and place over the water.
Steam for 6 minutes.
Dipping Sauce:- Mix together SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE with soy and vinegar then pour into a medium serving ramekin.
