Ingredients

3 oranges
2 apples
3 onions
1 cup brown sugar
100 g raisins
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp salt
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
300 ml malt vinegar

Directions

Peel oranges, remove pith and pips then slice finely. Peel and core the apples then chop. Peel the onions and chop finely. Put all the ingredients with SIDS CRAZY SALT in a pan and simmer until fruit is tender. Seal in sterile jars.
