Ingredients
1½ kg whole chicken, cut in pieces
3 tbsp GF soy sauce
2 tbsp bush honey
¼ cup orange juice
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 cloves crushed garlic
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp paprika
Directions
Marinade: Combine SIDS CRAZY SALT, soy sauce, honey, orange juice, garlic, oregano, pepper and paprika. Mix all together and pour over chicken pieces. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 175oC.
Remove chicken from refrigerator. Place chicken and marinade in a 23x 33 cm baking dish and bake, uncovered, in oven for 1½ hours. Baste once.
