Ingredients
3 large carrots, peeled, and thinly sliced
2 tbsp SIDS SPRING ONION OIL
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Add the carrots to a large bowl. Toss SIDS SALT & PEPPER, and SIDS CRAZY SALT with all of the other ingredients.
Spread carrots evenly on a large baking tray, being careful not to overlap.
Bake for 30 minutes but toss at the 20 minute mark.
Remove from baking tray to a paper towel lined plate to get rid of the excess oil.
Serve immediately.
