Oven Roasted Carrots

A great side dish that pairs perfect with almost any main course. These carrots can be customized to use your favourites from the spice drawer. Ready in under 45 minutes.

Ingredients

1 kg carrots
3 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
½ tsp New York Cut pepper
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Preheat oven to 220°C.
Wash and peel carrots then cut in half and half again in the opposite directions.
Spread on baking sheet. Drizzle with SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL and sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT, Italian seasoning and seasonings then toss to coat.
Roast in oven for 30 minutes. Check to see if carrots are tender.
If not, continue cooking, check ever 5 minutes until fork tender.
