8 fresh corn on the cob
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
NZ butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C
Very generously season your cobs of corn with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Add a pat of butter to the tops and roast on a jellyroll pan (lined with nonstick foil) for 35-45 minutes, until starting to brown. While it's cooking, turn the corn occasionally.
Remove to your plate and enjoy.
