Ingredients

rice bran oil
SAUCE:--
2 tbsp sriracha sauce
2 tbsp Tuimato sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
PANCAKE:--
8 eggs
¼ cup water or water drained from oysters
2 tbsp potato starch
20 cm pancake
6 raw oysters
Basil leaves, chopped
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

In a bowl, mix sriracha, Tuimato sauce, oyster sauce and soy together.
In a bowl, mix eggs. In a bowl mix water and potato starch and mix well.
In another bowl put 2 ladles of egg and 1 ladle of potato starch, oysters and basil.
Heat wok and with a little oil heat the pancake briefly so it bubbles on each side. Remove to the eating plate.
Pour egg mixture into the wok and cook until the middle is slightly runny.
Slide egg onto the pancake and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Spread sauce all over, cut into sections and serve.
