Ingredients

1 kg fish fillets
2 tsp rice bran oil
3 tbsp oyster sauce
SIDS CRAZY LEMON
garlic powder

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place fillets in skillet. Sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY LEMON and garlic powder. Cook 4-5 minutes. Then pour in oyster sauce and gently turn fillets. Cook until fish begins to flake, about 5 minutes.
