Ingredients
24 fresh Pacific oysters in ½ shells
50 g butter
1 onion, fine diced
3 spring onions, fine chopped
100 g bacon or ham, diced
¼ cup SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
Directions
Preheat oven to 230°C.
Remove oysters from the shell and wash both to remove grit. Replace oysters in the shells.
Cook bacon, butter, onion and spring onion covered for 3 minutes. Top the oysters with the bacon mixture and sprinkle with SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE. Grill in oven for 4 minutes.
