Ingredients

1 shallot
5 strawberries
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ cup SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
12 oysters (Pacific or Bluff) - shucked

Directions

Peel and finely mince the shallot and place into a non-metallic bowl.
Hull the strawberries, finely chop them and add to the shallots.
Pour over SIDS SALT & PEPPER and SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR. Stir to combine and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Spoon your mignonette dressing on top of the oysters and serve.
