Ingredients
1 kg Kingfish fillet
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
¼ cup butter
2 tbsp herbs parsley, spring onions, coriander, dill
Directions
Preheat a frypan with butter over medium-high heat.
Season Kingfish generously on all sides with SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Gently add the fillets to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until a crust forms. Flip the fish over, reduce the heat to medium, and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Lightly sprinkle the Kingfish with lemon juice and herbs. (basil, parsley, and dill work great) Serve right away.
