Ingredients
12 small lamb rib chop
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the finely chopped garlic with the SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL and rosemary.
Coat the sides of the lamb chops with the garlic mixture. Cover with plastic wrap then marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. (up to 5 hours)
Preheat a frypan to HIGH. Remove all seasoning from the lamb chops and season them with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Cook them for about 4 minutes on each side, to your preferred doneness.
Remove from the frypan and garnish with rosemary. Serve them with your favourite sides.
