Ingredients
500 g grated Daikon
1 cup water
2 spring onions, chopped
¼ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
3 Chinese black mushrooms
1 Chinese sausage (pork)
1 tbsp shrimp
1¼ cups rice flour
1 tbsp cornflour
Directions
Add daikon to a hot frypan with water and cook for 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool with spring onions.
Add SIDS SALT & PEPPER, mushrooms, sausage, shrimp to the pan to quickly fry off.
Mix into the daikon rice flour and cornflour.
Add everything from the pan to the daikon and mix well.
Prepare a large steamer.
Pour mixture into a loaf tin then place in the steamer for 45-50 minutes. Remove from steamer to sit for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
Slice the cake in 1 cm wide slices. Add to a frypan and cook to golden brown.
Drain on a paper towel and serve with sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce.
