Ingredients

500 g scallops
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
3 tbsp lemon juice
5 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fresh herbs, parsley or dill

Directions

Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel and season them with SIDS SALT & PEPPER on both sides.
Preheat a pan over medium-high heat with SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL until it's sizzling hot. Add the scallops into the pan. After 60 - 90 seconds, turn them over. As soon as the other side is golden, remove them from the heat.
To the same pan, add lemon juice, butter, and garlic. As the butter melts, scrape the bottom of the pan to get as much flavour incorporated as possible.
Pour the butter mixture over cooked scallops. Sprinkle with fresh herbs. Serve right away!
