Ingredients
500 g Agria potatoes, halved
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
4 tbsp butter, melted
1½ cups Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 220°C. Clean potatoes and cut them in half then score them into a diamond shape.
Season potatoes with SIDS CRAZY SALT.
In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and parmesan cheese, creating a paste-like mixture.
Spread the parmesan mixture on the cut side of the potatoes. Place potatoes face down on a baking sheet.
Bake until potatoes are golden and fully baked. (about 25 minutes)
