Ingredients
3 tsp butter
2 tsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp thyme leaves
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
8-10 potatoes, cut into 2 mm slices
Directions
Preheat oven to 175°C. Melt butter and use it to butter the muffin tin.
Cut potatoes into thin slices then place in a large mixing bowl. Add melted butter, Parmesan cheese, SIDS CRAZY SALT and spices. Toss the mixture so that the potatoes are coated evenly.
Layer the potatoes into stacks and place them into each individual muffin cup. Sprinkle SIDS SALT & PEPPER on top.
Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 55-60 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the centre is tender.
Take remove from the oven to cool for about 5 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, thyme, or rosemary.
