Ingredients

600 g spinach or silver beet
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup butter, melted
4 spring onions, fine chopped
4 eggs, lightly beaten
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 175oC.
Mix breadcrumbs with SIDS CRAZY SALT. In a medium bowl, mix the frozen chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, butter, onion, eggs and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Shape the mixture into 2 cm balls. Arrange the balls in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake in the oven 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned.
