Ingredients
500 g cream cheese, softened
30 g packet ranch dressing mix
2 spring onions, minced
4 (30 cm) flour tortillas
½ cup orange bell pepper, diced
½ cup diced celery
50 g can sliced black olives
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, SIDS CRAZY SALT, ranch dressing mix and spring onions. Spread this mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle orange pepper, celery, black olives and cheese over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminium foil.
Chill 2 hours or overnight. Cut off ends of the rolls and slice the chilled rolls into 2 cm slices. Remove the foil and serve.
