Ingredients
½ cup butter
1 pkt onion soup mix
¼ cup white wine
500 g chicken livers, rinsed & trimmed
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ cup pistachio nuts
1 tsp garlic, minced
250 g cream cheese
¼ cup water
onion powder to taste
Directions
In a pot, melt butter and stir in SIDS CRAZY SALT, garlic, soup mix and wine. In a pan, cook livers until brown and cooked through.
Place pistachio nuts in a food processor and pulse to grind. Add cream cheese and water then process until smooth. Coarsely chop livers and add to processor until smooth. Season with onion powder then chill.
