Ingredients

1 cup dry lentils
2 cups vegetable broth
1 tsp rice bran oil
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1½ tbsp truffle oil
1 tsp bush honey

Directions

Simmer broth and lentils in a covered pan until they are soft and vegetable broth is absorbed, about 30 minutes. Let cool.
Place all the ingredients, including SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS CRAZY SALT and honey, in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Pour in more broth if too thick.
