Ingredients

500 g hard tofu
¼ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp SIDS WINE & PEPPER MUSTARD
¼ tsp yeast
½ tsp paprika
1 orange capsicum
1 fresh red chilli, fine chopped
2 stalks celery, fine chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander
2 tbsp dill, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp sugar

Directions

Wrap tofu in cheese cloth and hang over sink to drain as much liquid as possible.
Place tofu in a bowl and mix in all the ingredients, including SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS CRAZY SALT and SIDS WINE & PEPPER MUSTARD. Blitz until smooth.
Cover and chill until serving.
