Ingredients

2 large paua, shucked
2 tbsp rice bran oil
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 clove garlic, minced
15 g butter
¼ cup parsley, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon

Directions

Slice paua very thinly crosswise. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and paua. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes then add butter, parsley and lemon juice. Cook for 1 minute then remove from heat and serve.
