2 bananas, broken into chunks
1 raw egg
2 tsp oat bran
2 cups milk
½ cup peanut butter
1 tbsp Bush Honey
any other leftover fruit
2 tbsp banana yoghurt

Directions

Place all components in a blender and blitz until smooth.
