Ingredients
2 bananas, broken into chunks
1 raw egg
2 tsp oat bran
¼ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2 cups milk
½ cup peanut butter
1 tbsp Bush Honey
Any other leftover fruit
2 tbsp banana yoghurt
Directions
Place SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all components in a blender and blitz until smooth.
