Ingredients

RICE NOODLES:--
300 g rice noodles (or any kind of noodles)
PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE:--
8 tbsp peanut butter
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
4 small cloves of garlic
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
10 tbsp water
1 tbsp sesame oil
sesame seeds, garnish
chopped spring onions, garnish
crushed peanuts, garnish

Directions

Boil the rice noodles as per package instructions.
While the noodles are boiling, add SIDS CRAZY SALT and all sauce ingredients to a blender and mix until a smooth sauce is ready.
Pour the peanut sauce over the cooked noodles and mix well. Serve at room temperature or cold or if you want them hot, then cook for about a minute or two on medium. Add more water if needed. Transfer to serving bowls and add some sesame seeds or spring onions before serving.
