Ingredients
2 tbsp rice bran oil
2 shallots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
500 g peas
1 tbsp chicken stock
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a frypan. Sauté onion and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add peas and stir in stock. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Cover and cook until the peas are tender.
