Ingredients
2 bags (680 g) frozen peas, thawed
6 tbsp butter
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
12 garlic cloves, peeled
Directions
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Melt the butter in a frypan until it’s just turning brown then remove from the heat.
Put the peas and garlic in a baking dish and pour the butter over the top.
Roast for 20-25 minutes then sprinkle with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste, toss once more then serve immediately.
