Ingredients
2 bags (340 g) frozen peas, slightly thawed
6 tbsp butter
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
12 garlic cloves, peeled
Directions
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Melt the butter in a large frypan until it’s just turning brown then remove from the heat.
Put the peas on a baking dish (so the butter doesn’t drip) and pour the butter over the top.
Add the garlic cloves, sprinkle with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and SIDS CRAZY SALT then toss to coat the peas in the butter.
Roast for 20 minutes, tossing once between cooking. Remove from the oven, toss once more and then serve immediately.
