Ingredients
6 boneless chicken breast halves
4 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
¼ cup bush honey
¼ cup orange juice
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp lemon juice, to taste
½ cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a baking dish.
In a saucepan over medium heat, blend Dijon mustard, honey, orange juice, milk, butter and lemon juice. Season with SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Stir in the pecans.
Arrange chicken in the prepared baking dish and cook in oven about 10 minutes. Cover with the mustard mixture and continue cooking 20 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
