Ingredients
4 x 150 g boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp fine chopped rosemary
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD
1 tbsp bush honey
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tbsp rice bran oil
8 bamboo skewers, soaked
Directions
Soak bamboo skewers in water overnight.
Lay a chicken breast between some clingfilm and flatten with a rolling pin or meat mallet. Repeat with the remaining then cut into thick strips. Place the chicken into a glass bowl and add SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and the remaining ingredients. Mix well, cover and marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Thread the chicken strips onto 8 skewers and cook on grill 4-5 minutes each side.
