Ingredients
2 lbs ribeye steak
3 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Turn your oven to a high grill. (260°C) Place a cast iron frypan inside to preheat for at least 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, pat the ribeye steaks dry. Coat them with SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL then season them generously on all sides with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Move the pan from the oven (be careful, it's hot) to the stove top, set the temperature on HIGH and brown the steaks on all sides for about a minute.
Return the pan with the steak back to the oven to grill. Grill for about 2 minutes on each side until you get your preferred level doneness.
Rare (50°C) – Grill the steak for 2 minutes per side
Medium Rare (55°C) – Grill the steak for 3 minutes per side
Medium (60°C) – Grill the steak for 4 minutes per side
Medium Well (65°C) – Grill the steak for 5 minutes per side
Remove ribeye from the pan and let it rest for at least 7 minutes before cutting into it. Enjoy!
